It took a bit of practice to manipulate the laser pointer with any degree of accuracy
The only minor quibble is it is a bit hard to get direct the laser
but it took a while to figure out you just have to talk a bit louder than normal to transmit properly.
Wish the camera was a little bit clearer but it’s pretty good

I had to get a paperclip and do a hard reset on it after chatting with support a couple times just to get the app to find the device
I had to do a hard reset to be able to connect to the wifi, wasted a fair amount of time trying different wifi combo until I found the tiny hole to reset it
Finally, I changed internet service providers and could never reconnect the camera to my new network despite several attempts and multiple hard resets

It worked ok for the first couple of minutes, left the house for the day and it did have some connectivity issues

No weird connection issues, nothing complicated to configure
I have a Dropcam also and it works perfectly with no connection issues and a great picture.
Can occasionally have connection issues, but otherwise really nice.
