    • I setup the device last night, no small feat as it told my I was using the wrong password for a good 20 minutes before finally accepting the same password (I also had to reboot the device each time because it wouldn't find it after giving me the the wrong password error message)
    • It’s a great Device to keep an eye on your pets when you away from home
    • Not sure if I got a defective one or not, but it has never been an offer to repair, replace, or refund my device

    • A smart-home device
    • I cannot emphasize enough how frustrating this device is.
    • Ok, all jokes aside, I received my device quickly thanks to Amazon!
    • The device throws about 3 of the small treats that came free with the unit, so of course the dogs love it!
    • So far, I really like this device
    • Issue #2: Extremely laggy and choppy, rendering the device unusable
    • However, this is not very surprising because most devices like this have a slight delay before recording
    • Petocube Bites is a smart device which allows one to monitor what your pets are doing at home while you are away, talk to them via a microphone in the device, and even give treats
    • Treat shooter broke after 4 months, device completely stopped working after 6 months
    • The device is quite sturdy, and although it was knocked over by the cat a couple of times during the last week, from a height of about 1 meter, it was survived unscathed, The biggest plus of the device is the microphone and the ability not to just observed but also to communicate with my pets while I am away
    • The device itself is fun even though my dog is deathly afraid of the mechanical noise it makes when dispensing a treat (she is afraid of all mechanical noises).
    • Ok, all jokes aside, I received my device quickly thanks to Amazon!
    • Every respectable device of this nature (i.e. basically a security camera) has features along the lines of: Scheduling
    • Briefly, the device comprises a treat container easily detachable for cleaning and a solid metal base containing the treat flinging mechanism and the electronics
    • The device is very sturdy and so pretty :)I cut off half of the picture due to privacy concerns, but the camera is TRULY wide angled
    • TO MONITOR MY PET WHEN THE DEVICE DOESN’T WORK
    • I cannot recommend the device at full price given its shortcomings, and at the $100 price I would only recommend it for those of us with the time and ability to open it up replace the software
    • Pretend this device is the plague.
    • Not impressed but also not certain there are better devices from a different vendor.
    • Router is in the same room, no other devices have an issue.- App is freezing on iPhone X / iOS 11.1.1- Can only share stream with other registered PetCube users, or on Facebook Live (?
    • This device is sleek and very well made You can tell it's a great quality piece of machinery
    • Also, the communication with the company has been great; I had trouble connecting the device to my Wi-Fi
    • This is NOT an inexpensive disaster device.
    • This is a great pet monitor / treat delivery device!Has built in camera, notification mechanism for smartphones and even a mic for 2 way communication.
    • Petcube is such an awesome device
    • Combine this with the ability to dispense treats by timer or the app and it's a useful device
    • Purchased a new device, worked for moments, added treats, then solid yellow light, tried troubleshooting, no change, finally, in a chat, still no answer as to the cause of the solid yellow, if the solid yellow is a common issue, or will happen again.
    • I received my Petcube Bites device almost 2 weeks ago, and I am enjoying it a lot
    • It’s a great device but has a few glitches
    • What if you're away from home and need to enable or disable the device
    • Would be a great device if it worked
    • The only way to disable this device is to UNPLUG THE POWER CABLE
    • and I absolutely love this device
    • This device is sturdy
    • I'm not sure if the breaking up is about the cube, the device I'm using or my Wi-fi, but that was my experience
    • This is probably the worst device I have ever purchased
    • This is a great device to just have on hand
    • If this was a cheaper device, I could understand the lagging and the issues, but for ~$200, it seems like a waste.
    • Overall, install was a breeze and the device has been working quite well
    • Honestly, this device is good for two things, keeping an eye on your dog and an extra camera for your home
    • The device booms with background noise every time I first turn on the mic, which scares my dog more than it comforts him
    • I exchanged this product twice, and received defective devices both times
