My dogs love there Petcube and I love being able to check in on them.

I was on the market for a camera and a method of communication with my dog and my friend recommended me the Petcube

We just recently purchased Petcube and it’s great, I really loved the packaging and the first experience worked out really smooth and intuitive, there were no troubles to connect it through WiFi

Now I recieved my second petcube from amazon (thank you, amazon for being so customer service oriented), and it will not connect to wifi at all

Night Vision is poor quality, not near as good as PetCube Play

The Petcube makes a slight noise when it dispenses the treats and it was a hilarious spectacle watching my dog learn to relate the noise with a treat

One issue I've had is that because his kitten treats are so small, the Petcube typically shoots out 7 or 8 treats at once, while I would prefer less at a time so I would feel better about giving them to him several times throughout the day

I contacted petcube and they recommended turning the volume down.

I seriously love my petcube.

okay they were sending me a replacement free of charge and return labels for the now determined defective petcube bites.

The petcube still works because we can see recorded video, but we are not able to view our pet in real time, do the treat thing, or the talking thing

so I was really glad that the Petcube was there and working

The Petcube is super easy to set up

in my case I dont think my dog will ever feel comfortable around “the strange noisy box that shoots stuff at him”Taking my cry baby of a dog out of the picture the petcube has a few flaws

Customer Support - At first I couldn’t get Alexa and the Petcube to communicate, so I reached out to Support and they were fantastic!

I've only had the Petcube for a few days and I already love it
