Wifi connection is really inconsistent and almost never works when we want to use it

Apart from that, the wifi connection to the device is pretty bad

The wifi connection is unreliable, the two-way audio is so noisy that it frightens our dog more than it calms her, the cloud service is outrageously expensive and there seems to be no way to access the camera except for that cloud
