The Out-of-House connectivity is really good as long as whatever device you're controlling the lights from is actually connected well to the internet

You control everything through an app or smart device (like google home/amazon echo)

All in all a really great smart home device.

So I would definitely recommend this device as an easy way to make your lighting smart.

The hub recognized the bulbs immediately and my alexa device did as well

The software is a pain in the butt, and you have to be sort of smart to work with this smart device

These lights can even connect to other smart home devices such as Alexa, Google Home, and even your phone’s assistant

But I would tell Siri to turn off some lights and it would claim the device was unavailable

So if you want other smart home devices like smart in-wall switches (to control your conventional lights), sensors, alarms, or plugs or whatever you are gonna have look for another hub to mainline your network.
