I don't like the auto record feature where the unit automatically records content from the channels that you listen to the most.

Smaller, portable size and more features, require controls to perform multiple functions with less buttons.

It has some nice features as well, like the way you have put an artist or song in your favorites, and it will beep whenever that song is being played on any station

Another very neat feature is the ability to pause live audio and then playback up to 30 minutes

and so I am lead to believe this person has some ax to grind because no one is that stupid to miss the feature

We've had XM since '03 and to me this radio FINALLY has many of the best features in one unit

This XM radio/mp3 player is full of great features and capabilities - sound was good, size made it very portsble, good battery life

One sweet feature and unlike older XM radios, this unit shows the artist and song title when scanning channels

However, all the features in the world do no good if the sound is so bad that you'll never use it.

It is very small and light, acquires an excellent signal, has reasonable battery life (I have been getting the advertised 4-5 hours per charge), and many interesting features (which I haven't fully exploited as yet).
