Good music, easily accessible

I just place my portable in the cradle, turn on and within seconds I'm listening to supurb sound quality music, talk shows, sports, comedy, news etc

To have 100% commercial free music plus also have stored music available is the best.

As such I would strongly recommend a portable XM unit to anyone who travels frequently and likes hearing the latest music w/o buying individual songs

Having a buffer full of good music for listening while in a doctors office where I can't get a satellite signal

I want a variety of good music without annoying ads, and with the least amount of effort on my part

I bought one because I have satellite radio in my car and wanted to be able to conveniently listen to commercial-free music at work

So XM is a great music source

Their programmers or disc jockeys or whatever they were called loved their music and it showed
