As a side note - when this product works, it's a very good product

This is a great product but you should know that once the 30 day return policy that amazon offers expires you are stuck with it

Overall it’s a pretty poor product, but could be better if they developed a Music Manager that was at least somewhat up to date with the current software available, like I-Tunes or the Amazon music player.

First of all I love this product.

This product does not work - PERIOD.

I used to like their products when all they sold was home and car stereos and speakers

They pushed too hard to add too many features and rushed out a very, very bad product that they do not stand behind

I love XM, and I really want my XMP3 to work, but it is not a reliable product... a good product, but not reliable

Now I know just how awful this product is

Overall, I feel this is an amazing product

Overall good product, its what pioneer has always stood for quality at a good price

I'd recommend the product, but there are some deficiencies.

Fo 10 months this product was fine and then it froze up and will not work.

What a terrible product

This is a completely worthless product and I will be returning it promptly

Their returns process is convoluted and inconvenient; they clearly do not want customers to hold them accountable for defective products, nor do they want to replace said defective products.

Don't spend your hard-earned money on a defective product made by a company who clearly does not care about its customers.

The product works great but no user corrective action earned this product and overall 2 star.

This product needs much improvement on the poor reception.
