While not at all an issue on a full image that fills the frame, if the image is in the opposite orientation and you are left with black stripes, the light bleed on the borders is very visible, specially if the ambient light is dim or null.

It's still going strong- not a single issue to date

Sounds like I am not alone in experiencing this issue

The first unit had intermittent wifi issues in that it would connect and disconnect randomly

After about 6 months we had an issue with the hardware as suddenly a bright green vertical line (pixel errors?) showed up

If you have thousands of files on the device it is painful to isolate the issue

The only issues I have had were :* 2nd frame refused to go off on the timer

Thinking I should buy another Kodak since I did not have any issues for 5 years and this one did not work at all

Did have a slight issue with the shipping but amazon fixed the problem within an hour of me emailing them and had my package the next day.

we recently had an issue with one of the frames and their support really amazed me.

Set-up a profile and loaded 75+ photos to become acquainted how it works myself and possible issues that might arise since I would be managing the photo frame long-distance for her.

I like the look of the frame and I like that it is matte
