I had an older Plantronics headset that worked far better and the range was farther as well
I really like my Plantronics Voyager Pro and my older Plantronics model, but this specific model does not sound great and has issues with the battery (which cannot be easily replaced)
We've had audio issues with a couple of them (we have about 30 Plantronics headsets), but Plantronics is easy to work with and prompt about replacing defective parts
Love Plantronics but mute button not as easy as a quick push of button as with other models
I would definitely recommend Plantronics for someone that wants a quality piece of equipment.

Very dumbfounded as to why they would not make the battery replaceable like their other devices.
Works great , charge last all day ( we are open 11 hrs per day ) comfortable to wear all day.
He did some trouble shooting and ultimately determined that my headset which does not have a replaceable battery was faulty and not holding the appropriate charge.

Granted, there might have been an option to replace the headset battery, but I just figured it had been such an awesome device, why not give the new & improved version a try!

Mighty Depot!I reluctantly re-ordered the same headset via Amazon, but this time ordered it from the unknown (to me) seller "Mighty Depot".
Had small problem with the battery not charging, but contacted Mighty Depot, provided us with shipping label, mailed it off to him, replaced the battery and returned within 1 week.
But I'm comfortable leaving this feedback because I'm leaving the feedback for Bill and the Mighty Depot!!
Don't waste your time with the toll number to check sound etc
the headset works fine, but I have a hard time keeping it behind my ear because
If you are on the phone alot this is a great time saver as you can talk and type into client files.
Bought a new one from somewhere else and it worked the first time
Being that this head set is wireless is CRUCIAL for me because I can’t waste time getting caught up in cords or pulling my phone off my desk as I walk away

Defective design: This product fails to connect to its charging base, so the battery cannot be recharged
Customer service offered to replace the my CS70N headset for $56 if I shipped them the defective product, but there was no guarantee my docking station was not also defective, so I opted to just replace all components to a new model
This product has audio issues after only 1 month just outside the return policy.
