My main complaints are its very sensitive to the ceiling fan, and more often that I would like, it goes into some kind of feedback loop where I have to mute it to clear the sound, or hang up and reconnect.
it makes echo and static sound.. hard for someone to hear me.
Good sound just can't figure out how to hear phone ringing through ear piece
On the new model, the earpiece options are a cumbersome over the head clip that could be from the 60's, or an intrusive and uncomfortable ear gel that sticks down into the ear, gets tiring during even a short call, and worst of all, delivers wretched and muffled sound.
Great Product with long lasting battery, and clear sound.

Once I called Plantronics to adjust the volume issue I had at first, not a single problem after that.
The first one was DOA with volume control dials that were broken
Has mute, easy volume control and even less wires to keep out of the way
The mechanical parts are flimsy on the headset attachment and the unit lost volume when adding the automatic telephone device lever and it is not as easy to use as I expected so the purchase was somewhat of a disappointment.
From the earpiece itself, you can mute the mic and adjust earpiece volume via a single, multifunction button at the very top end, as well as answer/hang up calls using the small silver button on the side

Top Recommendation for background noise in
Headsets
In fairness, I don't ever move from my desk, but neck staining is gone from holding the corded handset to my ear all the time
My only other complaint is that it does seem like people are having a little harder time hearing me versus the regular phone.
I'm sorry I wasted my time with this foolishness.
This solves a time wasting problem
I think my only mild complaint is that sometime clients have a hard time understanding what we are saying
