I'm always delighted when something just works as it is supposed to.
This along with the Plantronics CS510 - Over-the-Head monaural Wireless Headset System works as advertised and I would buy it again.
At $55 + per cable, I would expect that the device would work as advertised and intended
Then I wanted to return the product and they wanted to charge a stocking fee (15%) along with a shipping fee for something that doesn't work as advertised!!
This works as advertised but it needs to be at least a foot if not 2 feet longer
Connects my Polycom to my Plantronics, works as expected.

I will say that I originally just plugged the cable in and was disappointed when it didn't work as expected.
The headset answer button works as expected and it's easy to answer or initiate any call from either the headset button, picking up the handset, using the soft button on the phone or using the selection key on the Plantronics headset cradle.
