Not having experience with other 'headsets' precludes me from making any kind of qualitative comparisons, but I do feel it represents good value for the price available on Amazon.

Easy to use, sound is good, volume easy to adjust, voices are clear.
Volume is good, almost too loud on with my phone.
Audio quality is good and separate volume controls for the microphone and headset are easy to control.
I found a comfortable volume level for both of us with the Tx level on low, and the speak and listen levels slightly less than their highest level with the mic
Both base units did not have any volume control that worked
This head set is comfortable, works perfect if you read the instructions and setup like your supposed to, love it
Excelent, when it comes to headsets, there is nothing, like plantronics, I upgrade from the old vista pk3589, to the s11, its great the mic works really good on loud
This works great in every function and the voice amplifier really helps when you talk to people hard of hearing
This set works great, and the sound quality is fantastic.
I guess what angers me about the whole situation is how it broke when I first got it and that I barely used it since work had been scarce for me.

I have never posted anything on the internet about my opinion on something, but this product was unfortunately such a looser that I want to save others from the same waste of time
I would recommend this product to anyone that spends their day talking on the phone.
I primarily bought this product for the amplifier however it doesn't work, I was able to bypass the amplifier and connect the headset directly to my phone line.
Did not like this product for what I purchased it for, but it works
This product is not as compatible with your phone as you think.
That means that every time I want to use the headset, I need to fumble around at the back of the unit to switch
Works from home, pays his own expenses so buying it right the first time is important
When I did use it, the callers stated that they had a difficult time hearing me.
I did purchase this headset over a year ago and it instantly started cracking and I had to resort to using tape because I work from home and couldn't afford to lose time and money trying to wait for another headset to be delivered and now it is completely trash.
