Used to hang a 10lb tv on a mount, as soon as I let the tv go it ripped a giant hole in my drywall and fell out.

Just throw those things away, make a hole maybe with a nail in the sheet rock, carefully screw in the plastic holder, and then you can hang just about whatever you need to.

It does leave a decent sized hole, though, compared to other solutions.

We are disappointed in the product and won't be using any more of them for fears of making unnecessary holes in our walls.

I use two of them to mount 4 hooks on old loose mount holes for my daughter's cloths and backpack.

Even after punching a pilot hole through the drywall with a screwdriver, the center of the anchor would either drill out, or the anchor would snap off halfway through the wall
