Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great quality, reasonably priced sound system.
On the positive side, the system arrived in amazing packaging, odd shaped, but really good protection during shipping, thank you for that.
The sound improvement over the TV speaker is notable and I love listening to audio books from a robust speaker system as I doze off to sleep.

My LG remote works great for sound, but I prefer to use the built in Alexa.
The real problem is that it dosnt work well with the 4k fire tv

As it stands, I think a Dot connected to a good sound bar would be significantly cheaper and offer both good sound quality and the functions people expect from Alexa
You might consider just connecting a dot to a nice sound bar?
but I already had a good sound bar with 3 hdmi outputs, optical, analog, and a 3.5 input
The sound bar itself is excellent but thats only half of the selling point of this product smh
I didn't want to give it up and truthfully, it's in the basement waiting to be hooked up again if I decide I don't like the polk command bar

The Alexa part is really really annoying considering how much I like Alexa - but my real question is, if I connect a Fire TV Cube to it, would the Alexa on the Fire Tv Cube overtake the Polk Alexa
From Fire TV to regular TV to my Roku hooked up to my TV, and bluetooth, and having Alexa makes this my dream music listening/TV/Movie watching device!Thank you Polk and Amazon!

but when I opened it I noticed the product is actually really well protected.
As an Alexa unit I can only halfway recommend this product due to the fact that it does not have multi-room music/playback functionality with other Alexa devices
It’s a great product but Best Buy is giving you a better deal
The product is beautiful and will look sleak and clean on any shelf or table under the TV

As so many reviews have stated, the audio is stellar but Alexa is limited or missing
Couldn’t get Alexa to work and judging from the other comments, I am better off.
The speaker works great with the TV, but the Alexa has significant connectivity issues, as does the blue tooth.

I did not see any issue with talking to alexa even when the speakers were loud
