I've washed them according to the youtube video, I've cleaned off the case to make sure it wasn't dirt residue impeding the adhesion - no luck

But if you use your pop socket frequently like my daughter, my friends & I do, it WILL fall off & once it does, the adhesion is never the same & it will just keep falling off more & more as time goes on.

This one however had very poor adhesion and had problems with falling off from day one
