I make decent sized batches of mead and usually end up with around 20 or more bottles to cork in a night and this thing makes the process a lot easier.

Does exactly as advertised as long as you use the correct size cork.

Corks size 8 very well; better than similar class models like I've used.

I suggest that you buy a few different size corks to have on hand so that you have the right size for your bottle.

Just make sure that you soak your corks in warm water for a while and you are using the right size for your bottles.

Use the right size corks, and soak them a water and sanitizer solution for an hour or two before bottling

I did have to watch how far it pushed the cork in but that I may have bought the wrong size

I like the price and compact size but found I had to soak the #9 corks in water to get them to my standard 750 ml wine bottles.

For one, make sure you have the right sized corks for the bottles
