4 out of five because my left joy-con slot is a bit tight and i have to slightly push it in, nothing to problematic, just not as smooth as the one that came with the switch
The right joy-con comes out easily like it should, but the left joy-con does take a bit more effort to remove

I don't like it.the left part to put the joy con is really tight and scratch my left joy-con.
I definitely recommend!One con though: the left joy con does not slide in as smooth as the right one...
The right slides right in and out with very little effort while still keeping the controller locked in place
The thing that makes it not great so far is possibly we haven't used it enough to make sliding the joy cons on and off easier and smooth like they are on the original grip.

I put in my Joycons to see how it looked to have my four Joycons paired in their grips, but the left Joycon was extremely difficult to put in, and even harder to take out (the right Joycon slid in and out)
