Overall this piano bench offers excellent value for the price

Sturdy, easy to assemble...good value for the price...would definitely recommend.

This is the right height for me (5'-8") and works well for her 52" .

The piano bench looks very nice right out of the box and is the appropriate height once assembled

It is lovely... it is the right height for me, both my grandchildren can sit comfortably side by side to 'play', and I put it together myself

At such a good price, the only question I have is how long it will last.

the email link for the RMA didn't work, the price to ship it back was almost $30, and then the final insult is they charged a very large restocking fee.

The adjustable seat is a great advantage-- no more struggling to sit comfortably during practice.

As others have mentioned, the legs are wrapped in paper in the box and occasionally you get a little finish problem or ding

The glossy black finish is nice, but I would love it if the manufacturer would provide more finishing options (they only offered glossy black and mahogany, and pianos come in a wide variety of finishes

buttons are very hard and hurt when sitting and playing.

I do find the buttons to be a tad harsh if I sit on them the wrong way, so that part could use some improvement.

Decent quality, the buttons can become uncomfortable and cause you to shift your bum over to the more padded parts

Now for some review saw that buttons were loose, on mine they were tight which was great,

More importantly, the buttons on the cushion are a little hard on the butt after a while.
