Overall this piano bench offers excellent value for the price

Excellent quality & finish - matches my polished ebony baby grand perfectly while positioning me at just the right height above the keys.

This is the right height for me (5'-8") and works well for her 52" .

Also, it was exactly the right height without having to adjust it.

It is lovely... it is the right height for me, both my grandchildren can sit comfortably side by side to 'play', and I put it together myself

The cushion is not too soft - could be softer, but great for home use.

Product smelled like DDT, which I removed by wiping down, inside and out, with "Highmark" brand disinfecting wipes

It's a poor quality product that arrived with a manufacturing defect straight from the box

The product is pretty good, maybe because of the transport came the bottom part of the storage a little damaged, but it was very urgent.

The glossy black finish is nice, but I would love it if the manufacturer would provide more finishing options (they only offered glossy black and mahogany, and pianos come in a wide variety of finishes

On a positive note, the legs had a nice polished ebony finish

As others have mentioned, the legs are wrapped in paper in the box and occasionally you get a little finish problem or ding

More importantly, the buttons on the cushion are a little hard on the butt after a while.

I do find the buttons to be a tad harsh if I sit on them the wrong way, so that part could use some improvement.
