UNFORTUNATELY, ours stays at a constant slant - which is not good when cooking eggs - and we have lost a lot of eggs and pancakes down in the drip pan.

I like the tilt feature to make the artery clogging grease pour into drip pan

As you can see from my picture that I took with the single bacon strip on the griddle that the griddle is tilted and the grease is headed down to the bacon drip pan

Secondly, there is a pull out drip pan for the grease, which is nice and works well

The bacon grease rolls into the drip pan so it doesn't splatter all over your kitchen

It's not as easy to clean as the advertising makes out, but not terribly difficult, either.

Husband used it and he said it heats fairly evenly and everything worked as it should.

I have had this since 2014 and I works just as great as when I bought it.
