Great cooking surface that is non stick and cleans easily.

and I like the large work surface.

I previously bought the Presto griddle with the “improved textured” surface, and it really sucked; everything sticks to it, and it’s almost impossible to get completely clean

We've had it for about 6 months the surface still looks brand new and it works great!

It has a nice big surface, heats up quickly enough, and can clean up easily (more on that below)

I don’t use the “tilt & drain” feature, I just use a spatula to push any leftover grease into the catch basin, then simply wipe the surface clean with a sponge or paper towel

However if your buying this, i very strongly suggest getting a nylon spatula because after a while the nonstick surface scraped off and rusted after cleaning in the heating area.

I guess you could put it in the dishwasher, but doing that doesn't always clean the cooking surface entirely

I suggest you try not to set it up on a smooth surface.

It's not as easy to clean as the advertising makes out, but not terribly difficult, either.

Husband used it and he said it heats fairly evenly and everything worked as it should.

I have had this since 2014 and I works just as great as when I bought it.
