Ooops!So, overall, an excellent cooking surface that allowed me to easily cook 5 large blueberry pancakes.

The heat distribution is slightly uneven, but as a professional cook, restaurant quality flat tops also have their hit spots...so none are perfect, but it does the job and the price is great
