This long awaited purchase I was so excited about let me down with uneven heat distribution

The far left doesn’t have the best heat distribution

While it’s VERY easy to clean, it’s not so great for cooking because the heat is very uneven.

Heat controls responsive; heated up quickly; approx 5 mins to about 350.I cooked an omelette this morning in no time, no strong smells

The little grilling marks it leave in pancakes is a little odd and the zebra marks from poor heat distribution is the only dislikes.

Extremely poor heat distribution

This model is great it works like the old one with excellent heat distribution and temperature control but with the removable legs it is easy to clean.

This is streamline and works very well distributing heat evenly.

So let me just say that I read some of the other reviews regarding this griddle, and I was a little skeptical because many were saying that the griddle had very uneven heating

I like the even heating and the fast heating.
