The only thing that didn’t function right was the three months free Apple Music; which didn’t bother me because I already had Apple Music
so bottom line dealing with Amazon is great apple care not so much and they wonder why people don’t buy stuff in the store and would rather use amazon.
I loved my wired Dre beats and I love my new Apple beats as well
The sound is great, but I still prefer Apple’s comfortable earbud design to trial and error with the 3 sizes of rubber things.

I loved these earbuds until they stopped working 1 1/2 months after purchase
Great sound , comfortable, holds s charge pretty much all day
Got them, thought these were thoroughly inspected but the box was dirty (extra trash inside), the earbuds were not restored to factory settings (still had the previous owners name pop up), and Im sure the earbuds were still a bit dirty
I listen to heavy Metal and rap and country and podcasts and the earbuds are amazing in sound quality and very comfortable
Sound quality not very loud and doesn't last, but 6 hours
It does do the thing where the percentage drains unevenly (starts off in the upper 80's%), and it probably dies around 30%.Sound quality: Could definitely be better, not the ones to go
I purchased these in March and the sound quality is horrible, they don’t hold the charge very long.
I will say when they worked I really liked them though.
The pairing process with my iPhone was simple and the sound quality is good
