The speaker has good sound quality, not as clean and half the volume of the SoundLink mini, but not bad
but once you put all volume up the bass sounds like any other speaker, nothing special for, the price i was expecting a little more to be honest but its an ok speaker for ocassional use.
The volume does work if you connect one speaker to laptop with the included cord but you can only connect
One review stated that the volume available was greater than (practically) ever needed.
Was great and thought with the price tag i would be getting a very good product
The product broke just after 2 months, stopped connecting to other electronic devices.
and maybe some people might not find it that portable, but if you do not care about that then it is a really good product, it looks really cool and the design is outstanding.

althow I suspect its at 100% and likely is a software glitch because if I drain the battery to 70% or less and then set on the charger it will charge to 100%

Fantastic value and performance as well as battery life
I can understand the idea behind this; if you fell asleep and it was just conserving battery, etc
Most important is it has great bass for a small speaker
And all this from a small down-firing single full-range driver/speaker assisted by “two passive bass radiators”
This product looks like a speaker, but barely gets the job done (unless you hate bass or something)
Great sound quality and deep bass for considering size of the speaker
You needed a massive amp (McIntosh) and pre-amp (Marantz) to drive these and all us audiophiles spaced out over sound quality, adherence to being "flat", shimmering bass notes, and crystal clear treble notes
