Reviews around thickness (4.78 of 5)

  • i love the abalone style and the medium picks are just the right thickness for me.
  • The thickness is great for hard strumming, and they rarely break (compared to nylon picks which break easily).
  • The greater thickness has marginally improved my playing, better articulation on scales and cross-picking
  • I like these style picks a lot, and these are a good thickness
  • These picks are exactly the right thickness and they play well

Reviews around size (4.60 of 5)

  • My son loved the color and it was the perfect size for him..
  • I love the sound and the size is perfect for big fat fingers.
  • Medium is the perfect size for me, as well as the majority of people
  • Perfect size and thickness (not too thick, not too thin) for playing
  • Right size, but the material is not what I need for my applications.

  • They are just the right feel for medium and look awesome.

Reviews around pic (4.45 of 5)

  • The Fender Heavy pics are nice and sturdy in my fingers, and I don't like the lighter kinds (including the Fender, and other brand's, lights & mediums) that ended up flying out of my hands when I'm playing, and they sounded tinnier, & more like a bad piece of cardboard, instead of a quiet, unnoticeable pic sound, or the professional pic sounds that pop out, now and then, and is perfectly ok to have
  • What else can I say about them, but that they are great pics and I'd buy again.
  • I seem to lose picks daily (which is probably the same issue for most people) these are great quality pics.
  • Good quality, no burrs or sharp edges, and a great price for great brand name pics.
  • This is a great looking pic and you get 12 of them at such a great price

Reviews around fender (4.22 of 5)

  • These are genuine Fender picks and you really do get what you pay for.
  • The D'Andrea are good, better than the newly manufactured (in China) made Fender picks, but not as good as the Fender medium picks from last decade
  • They had fallen out of the flimsy Fender case they were in
  • I have always loved the beautiful Celluloid picks that Fender is famous for
  • For over 50 years I used Fender 351 THINS as a Surf player or Mediums when I broke so many thins.......these are the PERFECT compromise.

Reviews around sound (4.18 of 5)

  • And it makes, no cardboard, no plasticky yucky sound, just the strings come through like a clear song
  • The Planet Waves picks all seem to be a little muddy-sounding
  • I only use thin picks as I use them on a classical guitar and don't like the way thicker picks sound.
  • Keep in mind also what you want for your criteria, like a loud or soft sound, and you'll find the best pic brands & styles for you
  • The sound quality is very good because the thin picks let the strings drag out for a nice sound

Reviews around color (4.02 of 5)

  • They're also easy to spot on the ground if you drop them because of the weird pinkish color on them
  • I was happy with the picks I got, which were resonable and they came prettyfast and they were my grandsons favorite color.
  • I picked the color because I have a lot of dark colors in my carpets and work station and the pearl stands out.
  • I bought these picks because I liked the color of the picks

Reviews around package (2.25 of 5)

  • The packaging for the picks were taped down (thank god) so none were lost during transit
  • Well as i read the other reviews.. I heard it was pretty much going to be "Bad packaging" and "Missing picks"
  • Although the picks were fine, the packaging was horrible.
  • The picks feel solid and are at least as good as those bought at a local store that cost twice as much.
  • The picks came in a factory sealed fender signature package which was great because it showed that the company saw those past negative reviews and rectified their poor packaging.

Reviews around review (2.05 of 5)

  • I was some what skeptical at first ordering these picks because I had read reviews saying how people had lost half of the picks they ordered due to faulty packaging
  • A lot of the negative reviews are about problems with the picks falling out of the box and getting lost in the mail
  • I started reading all these great reviews how the dunlop tortex was
  • I should have paid closer attention to the 24 negative reviews that were posted about the issues with packaging this item
  • I had read the other reviews about the picks falling out of the box, but thought I'd gamble for $3.14.
