My blaze recently went dead in a matter of hours after a full night of charging

After 4-5 months, I started having difficulty syncing the blaze to my phone and its battery started to drain faster.

I’ve had my Fitbit Blaze for just over two years, and I love it now just as much as the day I bought it

i love this fitbit blaze, but after doing more research i could of got same stuff for cheapier

Now they are not supporting the BLAZE nor are they manufacturing it

I have used the fitbit one for many, many years and loved it.

I would buy this fitbit again, and recommend it to friends.

Fitbit knows about this problem but still lists it as a compatible device.

Unfortunately, I lost the device after I contacted FitBit and received an RMA to get it replaced under warranty

I do not recommend ANY tracker device from Fitbit because they are not built to last.

Don't waste your money on a cheap product from a company that does NOT value their customers (fitbit - not the amazon seller).

The product is great and it stays connected to my phone.

The product never worked properly (lost time, the battery only lasted 12 hours among other things) but Fitbit did quickly replace.

It just seems to me that the product should be more reliable.

The notification work less then intermittently, I can not get it to connect to my phone to track my running, it does not stay synced so my data is lost quite often and the battery life stinks for how little I really use it for

Unless I check it every few minutes to see if it has dropped its connection, and then go through a painstaking reconnection routine, I find grossly incomplete data when I get home

If the watch goes dead and needs to be recharged - it does not come back with the correct day and time.

I started having problems with the battery dying twice a day, now the heart rate monitor has stopped .

than a year and half the time the battery drains very quickly, like won't last an entire day, when I first got it it would last 3 to 4 days

I spoke with them for over an hour, how unacceptable it was they sent me off with a "Have a Nice day, don't forget to review our watches"

Blaze is supposed to have a good battery life despite always running a heart monitor.

As of today, 12/29/2017, the battery was dead after 2 hours.

Do not buy this..... it has been just over a year and now the battery is totally dead and will not recharge.

I LOVED it but now after 6 month the battery is dead!!!!

Called Fitbit customer svc who diagnosed and arrived at the conclusion that I received a faulty unit

Oh, and if you have a receipt to show that you purchased your Fitbit within the last year, make sure it has the units serial number on it or they will not accept it.

Will Fitbit allow the watch to be sent back for refund or a better watch unit

I recharged it as usual, and this morning it just showed a thermometer (red), which I later found out meant the unit was "overheated

So in closing- they don't support faulty units with new units.

The watch itself is cool but hard to use with a cheap battery and charger set!!

The device needs a proprietary charger, battery life is mediocre and the app software is very unreliable

The charger is awkward, watch strap that comes with it stretches out over time.

My first complaint is the proprietary square case styled charger, why not use micro usb etc?My second complaint and the biggest is honestly just their software and app

The battery dies quickly, the wrist bands irritates my skin and causes very bad rashes only after wearing it for an hour or 2

The heavy plastic band (if worn for 24 hours every day) will cause your arm to sweat, and irritate your skin under it

, the blue looks a bit different (might be monitor settings), but also the rubbery material can irritate my skin some.

Biggest problem for me is that the rubberized band can irritate my skin after a while.

Talked to tech support and they stated it is a known issue with this phone/device combo and are working on fixing it in a timely manner

They are replacing the device at no charge, however I am very concerned that this is a know issue to the manufacturer and the new one will have the same issue

There is a known issue with the software of this watch and Fitbit is NOT fixing it

From what I've read, this is becoming a known issue with the device so heads up that you might see this too if you buy this

I’ve never regretted my decision, and it’s helped me lose 50 pounds!

Instead - it must be resynched (note synching problem listed above).

I have had continuous synching problems and the related app constantly glitches.

All kinds of pairing/synching problems

I went on-line and saw that many other people experience the same problem.

The controls are poorly designed for left handed (and it suspect right handed) people with simple watch functions missing

Not sure why so many people are having problems with the ones sold here
