For the price (and regard less of price) this is unacceptable
Good price for a two line phone, and as usual with Panasonic phones it's intuitive to use
Of course my friend could not offer me the chance to exchange it as he had fallen for the 'best' price from an ebay seller and now there was no place to return it.
All and all I bought this system thinking it would be a nice option to eliminate having to have two phones in each location of the house and though it would be nice to have one unit that could handle all the options
Although I don't really need the wireless handset for my particular needs, it's a nice option to have
The display lights up beautifully and the option for battery power (in the event of power outage) could be useful.
Has GREAT options, it downlosded my entire phone book, caller ID verbally advises who is calling.

I purchased this phone to attend work calls at home as well as for personal use
It works as advertised, but the problem is that as spam and scam calls come in and get logged in the call list, they are logged each time the number calls.
I would not recommend this system to anyone, and I hope those of you who have to deal with Panasonic’s support staff end up having better luck with
The v-tech phones we had generally sucked
It actually works as advertised, but the announcement starts around the second ring, and with the answering machine ready to grab incoming calls on the fourth ring, we are accustomed to picking up calls by the second or third ring
Unfortunately, this unit has the annoying BUZZ on line 1 when both lines are connected.
The only problem we had was one of the four line connector cords for the two phones we bought was defective causing a buzz and bleed through between both lines.
Works fine if you only have 1 line connected (either line 1 or 2), but once you connect line 2 you get an annoying BUZZ on the line.
