I've actually thought I lost my pebble on occasion, when wearing long sleeves; nope, just hiding under the sleeve

but I find myself missing my Pebble quite often and have even tossed around the idea of getting the Pebble Steel

The battery life on this thing is crazy - you easily get 5 days of use before even thinking of needing a charge.

The battery life did decline from lasting approx 6 days to about 3 now

The battery life is good, great for a smart watch and this watch is very solid/stable it just works!

The screen is a little too dark,but battery life is GREAT!!

I use it when traveling because the battery life is so great.

I like having my phone on mute, but sometimes I don't hear/feel the vibrate feature

I loved the watch initially, but after less than a year the vibration function no longer works and the battery does not even last a day

vibration for alarm and notification stopped working at 1 month

I never wake up when any watch makes an audible alarm but the vibrate alarm works every time!The apps I tried of far work great

Last thing I have to say is the vibration on the watch works great with alarms

this watch was good until it randomly stopped working, charging stopped working, clock slowed down, screen froze and got scratchy.

The only down side to me is that it is not the best looking watch out there.

I ordered it back in October, and about 2 months ago the screen started to get scrambled looking and has only gotten worse

The watch itself is pretty good looking, the feel is great, the weight is great, the size is great... the software... and the screen

This Pebble is not a fancy looking watch but it is reasonably attractive

and it's simple enough for me to fool around looking for simple tasks and simple solutions

Great product, just a little difficult to see the screen.

I can't say enough good things about this watch and the company that makes it.

The watch had scratches on the back, the entire thing was dusty/dirty in all the corners, the screen had a small bit of what looked like sticker glue, and the watch was already programmed to someone else's IP.WHAT

Another great thing about the hepatic feedback is using it as an alarm

The best thing for me is that I can put my phone in my pocket and not have to obsessively check it

If you are like me and get a ton of email, disable notifications for email

NOW I get vibrating notification whenever there's an email, IM or even Facebook.

Many, many other notifications are real nice to have on your wrist

It has been invaluable for vibrate notifications when I'm busy with my hands doing other things, so I don't have to dig into my coat pocket, jeans or purse for my phone just to see if it's an important call, email, text or calendar reminder

and then some (getting text/email/social media notifications is really nice).**UPDATE**April

I use the misfit app for walking and sleep tracking and it's pretty accurate for me

Pebble apps are available for just about anything on the Pebble app

My most used apps so far are Misfit (an app kind of like the Fitbit)

The screen had no scratches when I received it, BUT be careful, the entire front is like a phone screen so it can be prone to scratches (this is no G-Shock ladies and gentlemen)

Everything worked as it should, what I was really amazed by, was the extended battery life, which lasted about a week with a full charged

Only downside is it will occasionally lose connection with my phone overnight (maybe once a week) and require reconnection, which only takes a minute

On occasion it will lose connection with phone but repairs itself again when in range.

But then it'll simply lose the connection again, even when the phone and watch have not been separated

I have an iPhone and had no issues with connecting, everything works and it all operates though Bluetooth

Also, the lack of microphone is a huge issue, though to be fair, I'm not aware of other watches with microphones when this was originally released

We will say that's a Misfit issue and not a Pebble issue though

The only big issue I've really had is that it slows my phone down having to be connected via Bluetooth all the time, but honestly I'd expect that with any watch.

No fancy display, but the black and white display is easily read in the dark and light

On the plus side, the display was easy to read and having the backlight come on with a flick of the wrist was super-handy.

Display is very easy to read, inside or outside in the sun

Every once in a while, the display will be scrambled until I hit the up or down button for time.

The e-reader like screen initially delivers good battery life (up to 3-4 days), but the battery deteriorates quickly and the charger is just inexcusably awful, with the magnetic connection coming undone with the slightest touch

then the screen started to dim and I constantly had to restart it

It take them 2 to 3 weeks to answere your email every time you sent and respond.. do not even deserve 1 star my never worked and no one could give me answere on where to sent it for repair

I just don't like the lack of a website interface for Misfit

No heart rate monitor, no camera, and simple features like setting an alarm take a lot of button presses thanks to the limited buttons and lack of touch screen

buttons get pressed when i lean my wrist back too far but thats a given.

Simple navigation, easily viewable in light/sunlight and the ambient light sensor knows when to turn the backlight on, as to not waste battery when you shake your wrist any given time of the day

Screen lights up for 1.5-2 seconds by pressing a button or shaking your wrist

When my phone is on silent my wrist vibrating always gets my attention when my phone vibrating in my pocket didn't

Visibility very good both day and night (shake your wrist in low light levels to activate the backlight... genius!)

Plus the Pebble watch is water proof in fresh and salt water, I couldn't even shower with my dumb Fitbit

Too bad Fitbit bought them and are subsequently killing the backend servers summer of 2018

Doesn't like Fitbit can download all data into phone software build up a fitness data bank

Love these watches - to bad Fitbit bought the company and is trying to slowly break them in "updates" we lost the best smartwatch on the market.
