They are comfortable, do a nice job with noise cancellation and fit and feel great!
Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and it did a great job of blocking a lot of noise on my flights.
They enclose your ears comfortably and do a great job of noise cancelling for a non Bose product (imo Bose noise cancelling is the best)
You can't deactivate ANC on the Bose or Senns, but both do a good job making virtually no white noise even when the music is silent
There are better noise cancelling headphones on the market, but if you are using these primarily in a home environment as I do, these do a great job of quieting external sounds while listening.
Yes, the Bose Quiet Comfort headphones have slightly better active noise-cancelling capability, but then the Plantronics Backbeat Pro is almost HALF the price of the Bose
The headphone sound quality is incredible, but the comfort
flat- Decent active noise cancelling (not on the same level as Bose or Sony, but better than the cheaper ANC headphones I've tried and more than enough for my usage)Now for the bad:- Comfort
Amazing sound, great comfort and useful, intuitive features.
Great warm sound, strong bass good comfort, great battery life!
The Pro 2's checked off all of my requirements, multiple device connections, open listening mode, noise canceling, long battery life, long range blue tooth connectivity and potentially excellent call quality (it is a Plantronics after all)
I decided to upgrade to this one and while they still rock great noise cancelling, an amazing battery life, great ease of use, and good sound quality, I feel the bass could have been increased just a bit to create a better overall sound
Noise cancelling works well, and battery life is awesome.
Great warm sound, strong bass good comfort, great battery life!
Excellent distance, battery life, and impressive sound quality
The "smart" feature drove me crazy, cutting out for no apparent reason
These headphones sound great and have a lot of nice features
I love the open listening feature that allows you to hear all surrounding noise without having to take off your headphones.
The headphones come with an 'automatic pause sensor' that will pause music when you take off your headphones, so I followed the instructions to disable this feature
The sound quality is amazing and every feature feels intuitive.
Active noise cancelling headphones are generally mid $200 up to $300.2
They were the most comfortable headphones I have ever worn
In my opinion, these are the best headphones for the price.

This is really unfortunate because I loved these headphones

Noise cancelling is pretty good, but not as good as Bose
Noise cancelling is pretty good, but not as good as Bose
Also, those that have used Bose noise cancelling will know you get a strange pressure feeling in your ears which is a product of the ANC and seal to your head
While I would have preferred the more expensive Bose, these Plantronics are fantastic especially for the lower price point.
The distributor included a hard carrying case in addition to the soft carrying case that comes in the Plantronics box
Functional, but not as expansive as apps offered for other wireless headphones.- Soft case is well made and has two zipped sections for the headphones and included cables.- I can walk from the top floor of my house to the bottom floor without loosing signal.- Very substantial build and are plush and comfortable
does not disappoint!Tip: Purchase a hard case for about $13 on amazon to protect your investment.
Be aware there are two versions of this headphone, 1 in a hard travel case, 1 in a soft carry bag
I did find a hard case that worked for these headphones
EVERY SINGLE TIME you turn it on, you have to listen to a stupid, cheesy sound effect and a voice that tells you about the battery level and all bluetooth connections.
" moment, but thanks to the stupid voice prompt on the Plantronics you're losing at least 4 seconds of sound, and with it any chance of hearing what they just said over the intercom.
Superb integration with BT600 and good voice clarity
But the call quality is excellent, and callers say they can hear my voice very well and noise cancellation works well
Best I can describe is that they mask the constant hum of air-con or road noise, but a lot of mid-range noise make their way in (like loud voices, loud cars, buses)
