I'd also like to see something in the form of bosses as opposed to set pieces, but R* will have to clean up their controls, which compared to say Mass Efeect are good, but any AAA action game, suck
the advances in technology on the current consoles haven't just allowed for stunning graphics, huge worlds and fine details.
this game is really fun and it has very good graphics, overall the game is perfect with very few flaws.
I have spent hours in this game, really great graphics, interesting story
The graphics of this game are phenomenal...when they work
Free roam shootouts can be fun too, with the right people
I'd also like to see something in the form of bosses as opposed to set pieces, but R* will have to clean up their controls, which compared to say Mass Efeect are good, but any AAA action game, suck
In this free roam game, you can do just about everything a person could've done in the wild west
It has several fun game modes, lots of fun people to play with, and if you feel like being social with some friends but not competitive you can free roam and just blow up NPCs.
2K games just demonstrated how incredibly fun multi-player gaming is done with Borderlands, but instead of taking a page from their book Rock Star has created a crappy Free Roam version of the single play area.
Great graphics, fun controls, and an absorbing open world environment.
(I love and hate the characters)+Best open world in a video game to date+ Stereo
It's a beautiful open world western game and the main character is excellent
It really takes you out of the game, as this is not you fighting the hard world of the Wild West but you butting heads against the clunky command interface of the game.
Its gritty and a world that beckons you back time and time again
I have so much fun playing it because the storyline was great and everything else is awesome!!!
Awsome game you must try i love it and great storyline and okay just playing around
Very few glitches, great storyline, and hours of fun side stories.
I'd also like to see something in the form of bosses as opposed to set pieces, but R* will have to clean up their controls, which compared to say Mass Efeect are good, but any AAA action game, suck
this game is so much fun i love robbing shooting and the storyline is awesome plus its a free
The story unravels as you play and discover more of what is going on in the West in 1911.
The script is rather dull, and since the gameplay is pretty slow, it can be difficult to remain attached enough to care about bringing the story forward.
The story unravels as you play and discover more of what is going on in the West in 1911.
but the gameplay is very repetitive, often tedious and ultimately boring.
RDR has amazing graphics, a fantastic story, and great gameplay once you get used to the controls
The voice acting is, as with any Rockstar game, fantastic
Rockstar rarely fails to disappoint me, as I loved this game in the first 5 minutes
I'd also like to see something in the form of bosses as opposed to set pieces, but R* will have to clean up their controls, which compared to say Mass Efeect are good, but any AAA action game, suck
, "this is the best game I have ever played!" or "This is the best game Rockstar ever made!
Rockstar doesn't give a crap that you don't know how to cheat at poker before you try it for the 1st time either
Unfortunately, glitches are present from time to time, which are more of an annoyance rather than something that would ruin the gameplay experience itself (Pop-in, floating characters, minor things like that)
I have to compliment R* for the depth of the experience and characters in the game.
You can plow through the game in about 10-15 hours or so, but by doing so you'd really be limiting your experience
The clunky controls combined with the fact you get about 2 seconds to figure out some missions just irks me and ruins an otherwise great experience.
I'm too intrigued by the story line to let a few inconvenient glitches ruin my game play experience, but however it's VERY easy to rage about the faulty game mechanics
The story is good, but the characters are really complexed and untrust worthy
This is going to sound a bit 'cheesy' but the character development and plot in this game is so incredibly well-done that by the end of the game, you actually care about the characters and what happens
By the end, John Marston became one of my all time favorite video game characters, and I was really able to appreciate the overall story.
It was dark and had dark characters and anyone in the game with moral ethics tends to die.
I'd also like to see something in the form of bosses as opposed to set pieces, but R* will have to clean up their controls, which compared to say Mass Efeect are good, but any AAA action game, suck
Multiplayer is like getting an entire other game for free.
enough said.this game has excellent online multiplayer offerings
However once this and the original game are over, players are left with only the multiplayer experience or the boring redundancy of single player without any drive or focus.
the online multiplayer is addicting specially the COOP mode (require downloading a free DLC)PROS:+ addicting game "challenges, free roaming"+ great story
While the single player is AMAZING, the multiplayer still lacks.
The game is a tremendous value as well as it seems like it will end several times but keeps going providing a ton of gameplay
I have to compliment R* for the depth of the experience and characters in the game.

Em poker, blackjack, liars dice, five finger fillet, horseshoes and arm wrestling.
I'd also like to see something in the form of bosses as opposed to set pieces, but R* will have to clean up their controls, which compared to say Mass Efeect are good, but any AAA action game, suck
Also riding horses is tough at first, do yourself a favor, open up the options and change horse controls from "relative to horse" to "relative to
However for me, lassoing wild horses is the hardest challenge of the game
You start out with the best horse you can get, and your first weapon can be used the entire game.
I've enjoyed the main story line and tasks, been a member of a posse, encountered many interesting and a few creep/weird , characters, played poker, black-jack, horse shoes; ridden the train, stagecoach, driven cattle, hunted animals (been killed by several), seen some horrible scenes of violence (and gotten to take revenge/ justice for them), been a bronco-buster, capturing wild horses, and much more
I would definitely recommend the game, but would also recommend to buy the fastest horse in the game as soon as you can
as i over look that issue the game is fun enough to get a solid 5, but for me that cheating issue is terrible
As i said, it puts you right in the middle of the wild wild west, from slow motion duels, to hunting, to skinning animals, and of course what's a wild wild west game without roping and hog tying a few people
" o superior, por lo demas es un muy buen juego interminable
" o superior, por lo demas es un muy buen juego interminable
Basicaly you are in slow motion and can target the same thing a couple times and itll shoot it on those targets automatically
You are encouraged to kill the bad guys, but you frequently shoot the good guy by mistake and then you have a bounty on your head (an action extension it seems).
Also makes great for replay value, one time play the good guy and next time play the bad guy
If you like the old westerns, cowboys, hunting, shooting bad guys, free roaming to different missions.
I like the fact that you can be a good guy or a bad guy
In RDR it's not all about shootin' and killin' the bad guys
I can't say I didn't have fun putting on a bandanna and killing a few random people, once in a while
Online was also fun, both had a open world role-play like aspect, and more traditional pvp shootouts, only problem with pvp is not always enough people to make it fun
Helping people in these random encounters, completing Stranger missions, and killing enemies raises Marston's Fame, which allows him to get away with certain crimes like horse theft more easily or bribe civilians and lawmen to forget about other crimes he commits, should the player choose to commit any
But not only is the son annoying and whiny, and even people who like the game complain about how you have to play as him, but so what
Free roam shootouts can be fun too, with the right people
I have to compliment R* for the depth of the experience and characters in the game.

I was a little confused at first, the game play was not quite the same as Red Dead Revolver
