Took it to the sprint store and got a free sim card

The phone includes a new sim card that you need to install yourself, but easy to do.

Works better than the new version of this phone that I had purchased, just a few scratches

It got incredibly hot even when it wasn't being used

It all worked out, I bought a Samsung S8 and couldn't be happier.

However, shortly after the warranty expired, the phone stopped working completely

I contacted customer service, and was informed that the best they could do was offer me a $10 discount on another device

The screen is very sharp and clear to see even in bright light conditions.
