Regarding sound and image resolution I can not complain, but those features are a given with a Samsung TV.I probably would have bought another TV for a cheaper price given that I am not satisfied with the Samsung experience.
excellent product, de size is perfect for small areas as a bedroom, the sound and images are great, good price for a smart tv
It works great and I got at a great price the only down
All in all, this was a great purchase and a great price.
I just needed a small TV for my bedroom, and $150 was a great price.
The Smart feature works well; the TV has excellent color; setup was a breeze.
The color and picture are excellent, it is easy to set up and use, and the WiFi works great
works great, love the color and sharpness of the picture
Clear, good color balanced picture, easy setup, Smart TV is intuitive and simple to use, if a bit clunkier than PC
I have to give this tv 3 stars because of the sharpness and great color of the picture it provides right out of the box, but we're still very disappointed with most all the other things about this set
Unlike my 2016 Samsung, the internet and app functions are VERY slow and it takes some time to move through the process to try and get a website you like.
So, you could do worse, but I will say that the "smart" functions are no reason to buy this TV
The tv smart functions are very slow and drops paired Samsung Note 4 phone frequently
They true is great and the Smart tv functions work well.
It is hard to use the smart tv functions and we called customer support and they weren't helpful
I can't say enough about how pleased I am after a false start to finally be so satisfied with a product
After watching both over the air broadcasts and dvd, I agree pretty much with the other reviews regarding the picture quality, although not as enthusiastically as with some reviewers
It can take up to 2 minutes before the SmartHub can be used from a cold start
Images are sharper than my LCD, but not as sharp as I had wanted
When watching YouTube videos, its difficult to rewind or fast-forward to different parts of the video (most of the time I end up inadvertently jumping to another video thus needing to backtrack to get back to where I started from), and when you do manage to get it to fast-forward/rewind, it goes very slowly (in my case in 10 sec increments), which is a real pain if you had started watching a rather long video and then had to stop midway through it.2
While the Smart functions of the TV are desirable, the interface to use them is somewhat clunky and slow
Images are sharper than my LCD, but not as sharp as I had wanted
The interface is slow and clunky, and not very intuitive
It has a great picture, truly excellent sound quality for its size/price class, good remote and user interface, it's light, doesn't waste any space (it fit on a shelf that I was not expecting to find a 28" TV that fit on).
"doesn't work at all" to "painfully horrible interface".Doesn't even connect to Netflix, so at least we're saved the pain of having to use Samsung's "Smart Hub" for that function
The first is it will drop the hard drive while it's playing the file.
I played their game of them blaming my flash drive, I waited four weeks for them to send me a "properly formatted" flash drive with the promise all I had to do was plug it in
The manual states that this TV does not support HDD use but low power drain USB hard drives work just fine
The only issue I have (and it might not be with the TV but with my lack of what controls to change) is that the volume, while fine for watching TV, has to be cranked very high (right to the max of 100) for DVDs and movies on an external hard drive.
Then I noticed it happens on all my external hard drives.
