Has a beautiful picture, is easy to use, sound is decent, and the price is great for such a large TV.
but I can honestly say that it's nothing too big but it's just right for a good price.

but since I prefer to use a Roku streaming box for my apps, because of the headphone jack in the remote, I went ahead and kept it for the good picture and the good price.
I've seen many TV's with 4 ports for a cheaper price
I bought this TV for it's "smart" features for my mother, who wanted an easy way to access Netflix
The previous version of this model had a non-glare feature
I had to disable the interaction feature because I was not able to access Netflix after I enabled it
The picture is first rate and the Smart features are great

Again, Sony made a good product that met all our expectations.
I believe a TV should last more that 9 month without failure, would not recommend Sony TV products from what I have experienced.
I still think it's a good product for the price, but next time I'll do more research before buying.

it's a great product.....husband loves it.....have always bought Sony through the years...dependable
The sound is an improvement, though, yet still not very good.
When you get down to it at the end of the day - this TV has a good picture, acceptable sound (what TV has built in great sound anyways?), and is aesthetically pleasing.
Great picture quality and sound especially when watching Netflix.
After I set it up at home, I was appalled at how bad the sound is.
