The keyboard is a great size, I have a medium size hand and have had difficulty typing on smaller phones before, with this one no issues

I should add that this particular phone has several apps for photo editing that are included and these are very similar as to what you'd find on the famous Sony RX100 camera, which I also own.

Sony's service is clueless and keeps telling me it can be fixed via software, yet their software fix hasn't worked after 3 tries.
