Awful headphones and horrible customer service

I appreciate the great customer service for such a great product.

I would recommend these for most people and am pleased to have had such great customer service.

However, the price is cheap and you get what you pay for.

Sound is great for the price and their customer service is EXCELLENT.

so I don't know how long they hold up but considering the price I wouldn't be angry if I had to buy a new pair in a year.

These come with multiple size ear pieces so you can find the perfect fit for your ears

I have always had trouble with in-ear headphones fitting properly in my ear.

Great fit, (LOTS of adjustment / ear pieces), great sound

The fit in the ear is wonderful and they have a long battery life.

The product works really good, excellent sound and great battery duration

The quality of the earbuds initially seemed great and very comparable to Bose for a lot less which I was excited about, but after only a few month the sound has deteriorated and connectivity issues began

Lasted about 3 months and then one ear died and it started to have connectivity issues.

I can leave my phone in one room and walk all over the house (3 stories) and never lose signal

I like that these earbuds don't get tangled and they are easy to store, but I can't go very far from what I'm connected to from bluetooth (phone or laptop) without loosing signal

I am clearly heard by others through the miniature microphone (no idea where that is even located!) who say I'm as clear as through a handset from a land line.

I absolutely loved these headphones as they were one of the only sets that would stay in my ears.

A good signal range was consistently about 30' line of sight

However, barely six months later, I lost the audio in the left earbud

My only issues are that the audio can get interrupted easily if you cover up the little receiver with something like your sweatshirt, and that there's a little blue LED that flashes on and off whenever the buds are on, which is annoying since I like to use them in bed while I'm falling asleep.

These little things are LOUD too with half volume being as loud as my previous favorites at 75% volume which were hard wired
