I enjoy the contemporary design of the Surecall of the others (which is why it received a 4 star).The signal amplification / quality is between the zboost 545 and the Wilson Pro, with the Wilson Pro being the best.
So if you prefer ease of installation & decent design, then the Surecall is a good option.

There are some windows where if you hold your cell phone near them will give you enough reception to make a call
The reception on the phone did not appear to go up any, but the callers can hear better reception
