I used in once, when I bought it in May ... kept it plugged in to keep a good charge ... triend using it in July, but wouldn't stay powered up .... plugged it back in again to make sure it had a charge ..... tried it again today, in September, and it would stay powered-up -- kept shutting off
I tried to reset it with minus + power several times, but no amount of attempts to recharge, either with the given charger or any other have been able to get the LED charging light to work.

It sounds like the speaker is blown and there isn't impressive bass from it at all.
Separation is excellent and bass is the best I’ve heard from such a small speakers

Bottom line, the "certified refurbished" speaker stopped working 60 days in, and neither Amazon nor UE are taking responsibility which leaves me holding the bag, the one person who should not be to blame.
Came in on time and all but when I started using the speaker it sounded blown with any song that had any bass... amazon refund me the money with ease and with no problems.
