After two minutes on the stove heating up to season/use, it cracked

This product is pretty good, fairly heavy cast iron griddle so hold heat well and pretty evenly

Once heated, the even temperature cooking is perfect

not pre-seasoned & a very rough surface, even with alot of oil & only medium heat everything stuck & the clean up was a pain, had to pull out the brillo pad, but its really heavy & will stand up to heavy use, just definitely season it a couple of times before use or go with another brand.

It is made of cast iron and so far keeps heat very well as I use both sides
