I keep my sheet music in there as well as the extra strap it came with (as to be worn as a messenger bag)
I basically have only one hand free because I'm always holding the right strap up.
The straps are easy to use and well made, but the shoulder straps come up a little too narrow on my upper back, meaning that lugging it around on my back for more than a half hour gets uncomfortable.
It also came with, as previously mentioned, a strap as to be a messenger bag as well as backpack straps to leave you with 3 different means of holding your case
I haven't used the single long strap, but the handles and bookbag straps are great

All the zippers are fine and the bag looks pretty much like new
The zippers seem secure and the handle does as well (the scrap that keeps the handle together is Velcro attached together but sewn onto one of the handles as not to be lost)
The pouch is nice and big for music and whatnots, nice zippers, comfortable handle.
, I move around a lot and it holds everything in it's pouch, zippers are made great and especially the strap, but the back pack is the best

It seems to have adequate protection for my instrument but if I ever upgrade to a bigger euphonium I have a feeling I'll have to get a new case as well.

This was a bit of a disappointment for me since my trombone and trumpet (both Protec) gig bags were so exceptional in this area
It's a shame that my Olds Baritone Horn has seen better days and it sounds great, but looks like all beat up, at least the gig bag looks better than the horn
This gig bag is PERFECT for me as a music major student having to carry around my instrument from class to class

I purchased this because my son's hard case is a little heavy for him to carry around school, however this soft case is not a great fit for his Baritone horn
Not a very good fit for any tuba and too large for euphonium.
This bag is a perfect fit for my daughters euphonium.

if you plan to fly make sure this is your carry on as it's not a hard case but a more portable option
Being located in about twenty different far away places is not fun with a huge hard case.
The case came with luggage tags as well as a mouthpiece case
