It's spacious, well padded, and the quality construction and many thoughtful features are ample proof that it was designed by people who understand a musicians needs
The shoulder strap is well-padded, comfortable, and grips the shoulder well.
It has a well padded section for the trumpet and a large adjoining accessory section for mutes / cloths / valve oil / etc
VERY well made, solid, but not heavy, and very well padded, and it is not gigantic on the outside, but has tons of space on the inside.
The way the shoulder straps are built feels very secure and look well built.
It is well built, sturdy, and has room for everything, and then some (e.g. horn, straight mute, Harmon mute, cup mute, trumpet stand, two mouthpieces, etc.)
If a smaller form factor is a requirement perhaps a small gig bag (with less storage and a bit less protection) may be a better choice, like the Reunion Blues RB Continental Trumpet Case.
For everyone else I think this a great choice for the price.

It has a small handle of the small end of the case, which is very convenient for lifting it out of the car, smaller spaces
Nice compartment space inside for a horn stand and other odds and ends.
There's a good amount of padding and the large space for mutes is appreciated, I'm able to fit my straight, cup, harmon, and plunger as well as a cleaning
