Also, you must tighten the ball mount VERY tight if you don't want it to slowly droop over time, but other than that, because of the super cheap price point, it's really a great mount that I would order again if I needed another

the wires themselves are pretty poor quality rubber and fray relatively easily, however they work and do their job.

I figured it would be unstable, loose, and the magnet would be weak

This is really inconvenient, and I'm worried I will lose the magnet

Do not forget to attach the sticky magnet on your phone like I did

The magnet is very strong and holds the phone very sturdy

Funny thing is the PC sees it when plugged in to the PC but when connected to the charger the phone does not recognize it has been plugged in.

The only issue I have with it is that it doesn't actually fast charge my Note 4 or my iPad

T it is charging when connected to Mpow, only it is not charging fast as with its own charger (which is able to provide 15V/1.2A for fast charge!)
