Like it shows in the pictures and states in the description, it comes with the mic, a 10' extension cable, extra clip, "dead cat" for windy conditions, an adaptor for using with devices that require a 3.5mm plug with only two stripes and even an adaptor for GoPro cameras

so the wind cover (dead cat) will come in handy.

Mic works fineBut bought this for motovlogging and it seems to pick up a lot of wind noise even while using the dead cat

I connected to my Olympus WS-852 using the included TRRS adapter and did some test recording both indoors and out, using the included dead cat for wind reduction.

That being said, the sound quality is much better than the phone and the dead cat makes a difference when recording outside on a windy day
