Overall is a great well manufactured camera and monitor but we thought it was WIRELESS but is not
Then POOF.... monitor was hot to the touch and then nothing
Be careful, there is a button on the side of the monitor, not sure what it does, but it messes up the monitor, if the place you mount the monitor touches the button.
I did hook the monitor to a camera I have and the monitor works great
Had to call tech support to learn that the monitor only turns on if it revives a signal.

Good product, could use better written instructions and better and longer hook up cables.
terrible product i returned it and bought a real backup cam from a real company
I would not recommend this product, it is cheap Chinese garbage.
So use another power source besides the backup lights and put in an on/off switch in serries with the power supply and you won't have any regrets withthis product.
I will be returning it ASAP and choosing a better product
