Unfortunately QSC has torqued down the screws to the point that the small Torx screwdriver can't generate enough force to remove those screw without stripping the screw head.

As soon as the new unit came in I tried to remove the screws again but had the same problem and decided send back the support stand as I didn't feel like replacing the whole mixing board again.
