During this period put the right toggle switch in the bottom left corner and the left toggle switch in the bottom right corner and hold them there until the lights go solid on the drone

According to the manual the next step is to place AND HOLD the right toggle switch in the bottom left corner AND HOLD the left toggle switch in the bottom right corner until the lights on the drone turn solid

It’s a lot more fun to fly at night with all the led lights on this drone

The video the manual directs you too to operate is much more helpful then just reading directions.

The camera is low-resolution, but you are still able to get decent photos and video in bright light.

The QsCopter flew better than expected and the instructional video was very helpful

The written instructions are poor, but if you go to the company's website, they have a great video explanation of all the features.

It let's you take photos while the video is recording - NICE!

We bought this drone for my stepson, compared to the other drones we looked at we felt this one was the best quality(it has lights, a camera, and an extra battery pack) and was at a great price point

Overall, great experience with the Custome Service of the company that sells the product, and the copter itself.

Some of the pieces did not fit together as easy as another copter I have owned.

My four year old son was intrigued about how he was able to fly

Worked great right out of the box, the large battery allow for a good flying time

I would recommend this product to any one wanting a drone.

I just think it is important to acknowledge a GREAT PRODUCT when I get one and the COMPANY.

The product is not robust, took onl one demonstration and now swaying in one direction

I have been using this drone for a week now and love the extra battery and the ease of using this drone for the first time

Relatively easy to set up with some spare parts included and as well as 2 rechargeable batteries for the drone

It took me approximately 90 minutes to go from a dead battery to fully charged using a wall outlet smartphone charger and provided USB charging cable

my biggest complaint is not being sent 2 batteries and not being able to charge both batteries at once

Had a tiny issue locating the second battery ( it was in the drone
