(I am sure it just takes some practice) but having proper instructions and info on what each remote button means would have been helpful...2) the day after this happened, I received an email from the seller following up on the product...and to my disappointment, providing instructional videos on what each button means and how to properly control the copter...even a button to "return home" if you lose sight/control of the copter

The Emergency Stop button

When it addressed the headless/home settings for the drone, the button that was supposed to put it into headless/home mode didn't work (all it did was change "demo" settings, and demo status wasn't mentioned anywhere in the video--see photo)

The buttons are awkward to press and they are not labeled

Also, to me is more intuitive using the stick rather than searching for the correct button

Returning item however, as multiple buttons on controller do not work.
