The inverter was great: no issues at all

No issues with heat (was warm but never got ‘hot’) but it was very cool outside

on closer inspection it does have a slight flaw the power inverter has a 15-20 amp fuse that is soldered into the middle of the inverter board and cannot be replaced wothout modification to the board, un like conventional 12v amps/powerinverters that have a replaceable fuse on the side

Several people had issues with their inverters as well as blowing fuses on their lights (all issues were with other brand 1000w inverters).

As for the inverter is a great quality.
