I could never understand why they couldn't port the Windows product to Mac and have a more-or-less single code stream, but I'm sure there are very good reasons

If you're not migrating from Windows, I think this product is probably acceptable on Mac, and a great improvement over previous versions, so I gave it three stars

Tech support chat was useless because they will disconnect you after exactly five minutes of idle time even when the tasks they instruct you to perform take longer than five minutes.
